SUPREME SILICONES Release Agent consists of a stable Poly Dimethyl Siloxane fluid in water emulsion. The silicone oil phase is compatible with many organic finishing agents (paints/coatings/adhesives). Mould Release Agent can be recommended for the release of articles where post-finishing is required. SS EM Emulsions are general-purpose and their viscosity and solid content can be adjusted according to demand.

SS EM 3720 is Aqueous Emulsion of Silicone fluid with Anionic Emulsifying agents specialty designed for more lubrication required applications.

SS EM 365 is high concentration Thermal stable emulsion designed for certain varying temperature conditions.

Wipe, brush or spray the emulsion, usually diluted. Recommended starting concentration is 2 % to 5 %. (Total solids of Mould Release Agent by water). The user is recommended to determine the best conditions of dilution and application on a test sample before using in production. Breaking in the surface of new or freshly cleaned molds is best done by applying a light coat of undiluted release agent and running the empty mold through one or two heat cycles. After excess residual base fluid is wiped from the surface, the mold is ready for use.


When stored bellow 35°C in the original unopened containers, Emulsion has a usable life of 9 months from the date of manufacturing. Supreme Silicones Emulsion is unaffected by freeze/thaw cycles. If the product freezes, it should be stored at room temperature to thaw and then remixed before use.
